When I originally took the photo to paint this piece, There were 2 children nearby paddling & talking about the long journey they would have to make with their parents the next day, neither wanted to leave, and one said to the other, ” When I’m in Maths, I will think of this moment, I wish we didn’t have to go and could stay here forever” …..
